SERVICES & PRODUCTS
Falconey exports services (tours) and products which are
subjetc to different rules:
PRODUCTS: In order to make a transaction the
clients must pay the 100% of the total amount for any ware, and they
will be sent to the client via DHL or TNT in a term of days according
to the sort of product.
SERVICES: The clients book tours or services paying
in advanced a percent of the total amount or pay the total amount according
to the conditions seen down below.
The following payment policies are part of the term and conditions developed by Falconey
when it comes to payment via western union, bank account or other way except visa that has its own terms and conditions:
1) To make a booking you must choose a destiny and select all the services that you would like to have by adding quantities with their respective
prices and the date that you want to recieve the aforementioned services as well as the number of persons in your group. After that you will have to
add this particular tour to your cart, so you can proceed to check out having still a chance to update quantities. In addition to we display a chart
with our payment policies,such a chart indicates the corresponding percentages of the total amount that you can pay as well as the refunds that we can
give you back when you make a reservation in agreement with the closest date of the first reserved service. In the second step customers will have to
subscribe to Falconey by creating a personal account where you will have to fill in your personal data such as your full name, new passport number,
medical restrictions, etc. At the same time you will be able once again to update or delete quantities for your final chart of services.
Note:The aforementioned chart with our payment policies will be valid only for transactions via western union, bank account or other way except visa
that has its own terms and conditions: In the next
step you will be able to select different payment ways, if it comes to VISA, for you will have to get into the gate of VISA where your full name and your credit card
numbers will be required. The followed page will ask you to
active your credit card by getting the VERIFIED VISA link into your bank account for you to affiliate to this system of higher security. We will
then invoice you for the remainder of the cost, which you must pay in agreement with the closest date of the first reserved service:

| 60 % | Cancellations and refunds up to 90 days or so |
| 5 % | 1 year before |
| 10 % | More than 6 months before |
| Notification of cancellation must be made to the Company in writing and will be effective on receipt via webstern union or other way.

2) Reservations for pre and post tour accommodation must be made at least one month before the departure date of the tour.
3) If you do not pay the balance of your holiday cost within the indicated days of departure your booking will be
terminated and we will give you back only the money in agreement with the policy of payments, cancelations and refunds seen above.
4) We will let you know as soon as we can if we are forced to significantly alter or cancel your holiday. In these
circumstances you can choose one of the following options:
a) accept our offer of a replacement holiday of lower quality (if available) and we will refund the difference in cost; or
b) accept our offer of a replacement holiday of equivalent or higher quality (if available); or
c) ask us for a refund of the money you have paid.
Your decision about which alternative you accept must be made as soon as possible after
we notify you. if the alteration or cancellation has come about because of unavoidable, unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel your holiday, insurance premiums paid to us will be refunded, except in the case of annual insurance that has already covered a risk.
5) Before booking and not less than 30 days prior to departure the prices featured may change. We reserve the right to
impose surcharges once you have booked but no surcharges will be imposed within 30 days of departure and any downward revision in the price will be
refunded to you. Surcharges will only be imposed for variations in: a) transport costs, including the cost of fuel. b) dues, taxes or fees chargeable
for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports; or c)the exchange rates applied to the booking.
